West End 8-Day Campaign Clock, c.1900

A very good 8-day "Campaign" Alarm Clock of drum style, which were typically hung on centre posts inside bell tents, although they could also be stood upright by means of their two small feet. Retailed by the West End Watch Company, this clock likely travelled around India or the Far East in the 1900s.

Presented in superb original condition this rugged clock with its jewelled lever escapement, is in remarkably good order, retaining much of its factory finish. It is in full working order having recently been serviced and comes with both brass keys.
