WW2 GSTP Damas Pocket Watch

An excellent WW2 issue General Service pocket watch by Damas.

This is a fine example of a wartime British Army watch, with a wonderful black and white dial. Having retained most of its original finish, including the military ink acceptance stamp on the inner case back, the watch is sold in good working order with little sign of wear.

The "Damas" name was registered by the Beguelin & Cie watch company when they first supplied these military watches in 1944.

Just so you know, the watch images are taken with the glass and without. The glass is the original WW2 celluloid "unbreakable" type, typically appearing a little yellow.
