WW1 Royal Navy Pocket Watch

A very early and rare, WW1 Royal Navy issue watch by H. Williamson, used for General Duties on board a ship, rather than for navigation purposes. The heavy duty case is marked with the Admiralty Pattern broad arrow.

Presented in very good cosmetic condition, this watch shows evidence of historic handling, rubbing and wear commensurate of an active service life. Nevertheless, the watch remains straight and very useable, having undergone a full service. The crystal is a good vintage replacement, which came with the watch, but this could be replaced for glass if required.
